By accessing and using SorareMetrics ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SorareMetrics is a third-party analytics tool that helps users track and analyze their Sorare cards, lineups, and rewards. SorareMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sorare.

2.1 Automatic Data Synchronization

To keep your data fresh and accurate, SorareMetrics automatically synchronizes your Sorare data periodically (typically twice per week). This includes your cards, lineups, rewards, and performance statistics. By using the Service, you consent to this automatic data collection from Sorare's public API on your behalf.

You can manually sync your data at any time from your dashboard. Automatic syncing only occurs for accounts that have been actively used within the last 30 days.

2.2 Beta Service

The Service is currently in Beta and is provided free of charge. Features, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must connect your Sorare account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Sorare account and any authentication methods used to access the Service
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the right to connect the Sorare account you use with the Service

Note: We do not store your Sorare password. We use secure authentication tokens provided by Sorare.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Service is free of viruses or harmful components

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SorareMetrics and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from decisions made based on data provided by the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SorareMetrics and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Sorare, the Sorare logo, and related trademarks are property of Sorare SAS. We are not affiliated with Sorare.
